I'd love to know how many hundreds of hours of practise he's put in.  

I loved his two handed tapping lick, I'm stealing that for an intro.

Having been fortunate enough to meet him for a chat on 3 occasions (even had my Erotic Cakes shirt on last time!), I have to say that he is a lovely bloke, exactly the same as he seems in his videos, no ego or pretension just very friendly.

Many, many thousands of hours of practice - and lots of live playing, more importantly, I'm guessing. Amazing. Jealous of everything he can do! The slap is amazing. His legato is amazing. When he was picking there it barely looked like his hand was moving. Amazing. Saw him a couple of months back - it was a lot to take in, to be honest... amazing, though.
