Has anyone bought from Music Matter?

Music Matter in Preston has a decent range of studio gear at mainly very favourable prices. Has anyone here bought gear from them? Were they OK? Is their stuff grey imports?

+1 here, although it was some time ago, all went smoothly. Don't know (didn't care) about grey imports.

Bought some Genelecs from them. Calling and asking for their "best price" (compared to website) got me a decent discount. Service seemed good, monitors arrived next day.

Local shop to me - - - staff know their stuff and they are very reputable company. They’re not as good at blowing their own trumpet as some other suppliers, so perhaps that’s why they’re not as well known?

Local to me, they’re legit.  Also for example, If you were to check universal audio’s site you’ll find they’re authorised dealers.

Thanks again chaps. I went ahead and bought from them. Very good response and quick delivery -   and I saved £50 on what all other retailers are charging for the same item.

I bought a Steinberg/Line 6 interface bundle with Helix Native and Cubase from them via eBay on one of the 20% off promo days.

Unfortunately the interface blew upon the second or third usage so I got in touch with them to ask what to do about it. They were very helpful, sent me a postage label to return the interface to them to see if they could fix it or replace it.

They then sent me back the whole bundle again, not just the interface, so again they got in touch when they realised and arranged for me to send the duplicate stuff back to them.

Very helpful and made a potentially annoying return situation quite easy
