EHX small clone switch - eh?

What's Hot

I've recently acquired a 90's Small Clone in an attempt to play Nirvana songs properly and forget that SLTS was released over 20 years ago.

The pedal had a switch on the left that says "Depth" underneath. I understand that the depth is how much is changes the frequency from the input tone. From my fiddling I can hear that this happens when the switch is in the down position. But...what does it do when it is in the UP position?

Is it time for me to change the battery on my hearing aids or just RTFM?

Help!

I thought that as they only had a speed knob, the depth was preset at two "depth knob settings" by the switch. I think that a normal chorus depth simply increases the amount of processed signal mixed in with the dry signal (the two need to be mixed together in some way to get the chorus effect).
