Buy a used Yamaha U1 and check felts, dampers etc for decent condition. If you're going to bother get something decent or go the digital route

It was a Yamaha U3 - paid £3500 for it, incl delivery but that was 6 years ago.

U3 is an excellent workhorse of an instrument often found in many a practice room. Good choice!
