I watched a bit of it when it was broadcast. I lurched between ooh this is fantastic and ooh I’m not sure I get this although it looks like the audience in the room were having similar thoughts. 

Interesting though and it looks like a great band to be in. For playing Mustang Sally down the Dog and Duck that’s how you’d want your band to look.

Yes this is a good period for NC&TBS - soon after the first Grinderman album that was followed by Dig Lazarus, Dig. A band right in (one) of their purple patches. Mick Harvey was still in the lineup and RIP Conway Savage. 

Haven’t watched it since it was broadcast - 13 years ago makes me feel old 

EDIT: Just had another look - it’s only an hour. Thought it was a bit longer.
