There must be a huge risk that the handful of scientists who understand this stuff, don't get overexcited and push the boundaries too far.

I mean we've all seen The Fly, Hollow Man, Flatliners etc, so we know they're usually up to no good, and what if you got someone who was completely loopy running the show.

Who regulates them? Other scientists? Gulp!

Gravity is one of the four and we don't even fully understand it at this point. There is still much for us to learn

Nor do we understand electromagnetic force either. In fact we invented theoretical particles to explain the weak and strong fundamental forces too.

We really don't understand what time is either.

If you haven't really got into trying to understand it, here is a great beginner lecture.

To be fair to us as humans, we were still using horse and cart as our main transport a few hundreds of years ago.

Now we send rockets into space.

Such rapid technological expansion in a relatively short space of time, makes you wonder what we might be doing in a 1000 years.

Back to horse and cart, or vaporising natives of the Planet Zog with ray guns?

Because, you know, those Zogians are so primitive.
