Are you sure about that? I thought 2002 standards had the "swiss cheese" weight relief. Not trying to nitpick, and it's the end result that matters anyway, was just curious...

No - totally solid. If it does have holes they are very heavy ones!!!!!!!!

It will be swiss cheesed, all Les Pauls since about 1982 were, right up to the weight relieved era in 2003ish?
