Sometime early Jan, I decided that owning a strat would be the answer to all the world's problems, so I picked up this 2020 Japanese AST-95.
It's a lovely instrument, not a mark on it and sounds superb.
All good so far...problem is, the neck is just a little to big for me...it's not fat by a long shot but I just like a skinnier neck. Also, it feels very 'new' - I think this is probably the finish - I like things worn and comfy.
I could probably bond with this, given time, but I thought I'd put it up and see if anyone wanted to trade before I knacker it too much.
Ideally, I'd be after something strat like, maybe Japanese, with a slim-ish neck. Not bothered about cosmetic wear and tear, battered is fine. That said, open to all ideas including non-strat stuff.
I don't really know how trade value works, but I can tell you I paid 650 including a new hard case. No idea if that's way off the mark, but that's what it was. Happy to consider offers and trades with cash either way if something works out.
Few pics below (these are from the site I bought it, was literally last week so still the same condition (although it won't be for much longer if I end up hanging onto and playing this.)
I am based in the south east, but would travel a bit for a meet up. Not keen on posting, but I do have a box.
