USA 57 reissue in fantastic condition. Bang in the middle of the 99-12 reissue series, which is my favourite.

Thin nitro finish. Lightweight, at just 7lbs 3.8oz and very resonant. Sounds and plays great. Really comfortable soft V neck profile. Good frets with little to no wear.

All the case candy, including trem arm, cable and strap.

> Slight damage to the custom contour body decal. 
> The neck finish has discoloured very slightly at the neck of the headstock, where the guitar has been wall hung at some point. No blistering or melting, just a fractional shade darker (see pics, it really is barely noticeable).
> Pin head chip on one side.
> A handful of genuine hairline lacquer checks running vertically. These will probably multiply with age and/or abrupt temperature changes. But it's genuine, not relic, and is a good thing to my eyes.
> Tiny bit of flaked topcoat in the neck pocket. I've yet to see an AVRI from this era that doesn't do this. Not through to wood.
> The case has some very light scuffs from storage. Not wear or damage, just a contact rub. Tiny scuff on the handle. Latches and hinges all good.
> 57/62 Pickups, electronics and solder all appear original, although the vol pot may have been changed. Can't be sure due to the code being soldered. The optional 5 way is fitted.

Price is £1200 firm. Collect with cash or cleared bank transfer from just south of Luton (j10 on the M1). I have suitable packaging and have shipped guitars worldwide so happy to do so at cost. Or arrange collection with your preferred courier.
