Has anyone tried a veyz sustainer?

Indonesian vendor, website poor but fb page has decent clips etc..

The guitar it's going into has a big control cavity so it shouldn't need any, there's plenty of room for the board and a battery.

Yes I fitted it but it's not great tbh. Fernandes can sleep easy I think.

It's patchy. Some strings/frets work well, others not so good.

FWIIW, the Fernandes system is very dependent on the quality and output level of the bridge position pickup. The same could be true of the Veyz.

Elsewhere, the Interweb seems to be awash with DIY Veroboard sustainer kits. None of these appears to include the little transformer seen on the Fernandes PCB. Could this be significant?
