WTB (Sorted) - Les Paul Custom in Wine Red

So now I’m in a position to afford my bucket list guitar, they’ve skyrocketed. 

Ideally a norlin era (bonus points for 1981). Would be ok with a 90s too. And it has to be a Gibson I’m afraid.

Hello there, I have a 1980 wine red custom, Gibson pickups, but not original to the guitar, or it can come with the bare knuckle and SD that are currently fitted, lots of lacquer cracking but not nasty cracking if that makes sense, has to be seen, if interested send your email and I’ll get you some pics, regards Pat.

The 91? Yeah looks nice. I wouldn’t have an issue buying a fender from ishibashi, but I’d probably stress about buying a Les Paul from there. And I guess I would like to be able to play before hand.

Thanks, but it has to have that headstock. 

It does but the name and the inlay are different

I saw this one earlier. Zero affiliation with the seller which is probably a good thing given the pelters this particular seller seems to get on here…

Thanks @tony99 I’ve been eying it up. I guess a 90s LPC could be considered to be better than a Norlin era guitar, but I think I’ll always have a nagging for a “vintage” guitar. But I am sorely tempted.
