SOLD Selling my used Yamaha SA2200 in sunburst, excellent condition. I bought it in 2017 brand new and played it for a couple of years on gigs. It is superb, and plays perfectly, sounds amazing with the A5 HBs.
There are no dings or scrapes anywhere on the finish, it still has the new look to it. The gold hardware has become worn, noticeably on the bridge pickup, the bridge and tailpiece. The screws and bolts in those areas also appear slightly tarnished. I recently sold this guitar on ebay for over 1400, but it was returned as the buyer did not like the worn hardware (it isn't at all that bad, and I DID describe it!). So here it is at a great price.
There is next to no fret wear, and the guitar has been in its case since the first lockdown. I have two of these, and really only need one. But I would never be without one, even though I have vintage Gibsons and Collings, the SA2200 is a fine guitar and is as good as anything, it really is.
