I got the mini for my birthday and I'm trying to find a good to epping or two - any pointers?

Hmmm... I've got the larger one. My setting is basically Hall mode. Tone at 3 o'clock, decay at 1'oclock, and the mix at 11 o'clock.

  • I really like the flangeverb by TC electronic and the Troy Van Leeuwen reverb vibrato. I assume they have them on the HOF mini as well!

I used to love the Church of Andy toneprint when I had one.

The Jonsi (Sigur Ros) one. Great for long ambient swells.

I'm liking the Steve Morse - Beautiful Reverb.

Just nice and rich to leave on all the time.

    Favourite setting, hmmmmm

    off
The Bigsby was the first successful design of what is now called a whammy bar or tremolo arm, although vibrato is the technically correct term for the musical effect it produces. In standard usage, tremolo is a rapid fluctuation of the volume of a note, while vibrato is a fluctuation in pitch. The origin of this nonstandard usage of the term by electric guitarists is attributed to Leo Fender, who also used the term “vibrato” to refer to what is really a tremolo effect.
