Bump for all you folks who've forgotten their old Hamer Chaparrals gathering dust somewhere..

I know about the one on Facebook Marketplace btw and it's not for me..

Last night there was a chaparral on eBay Uk black, and a California boomerang inlays,
the Cali was biding at £1200,
I don’t know how the auction is at now though..

Thanks - it's a really nice guitar. It's really lightweight and, after a decent setup, plays effortlessly.. some bumps and dinks commensurate with its 'rock n roll' history (previous owner had it from new and toured it for years) but after some TLC it's come out lovely; much better than I thought it would when I grabbed it

It's very different to the Centaura in both feel and sound.. much rockier as you would imagine. Despite its looks, the Centaura is a really versatile thing..

Out of the four different Hamer super strats I have had the Centaura is by far my favorite.  Like you said so versatile 'thing'.
