Yep, cramped indeed, didn't even see him until the solo.
Kickin' band though, I checked some of the other tracks that they did for that session and their rhythm and brass section are a tight as a gnat's chuff. 

The trumpet player plays and holds his trumpet with his right hand, whilst playing keyboard with his left .. that takes some doing

Enjoyed that vid very much.  TBH I did not think the guitar solo was all that much to write home about.  A few bent notes and lots of sustain would have worked better.  IMHO of course.  But the band members seemed to be having fun.  Lots of fun which is what it is all about......
