Anyone know where I can get one of these please? 

Its a volume and tone knob combined from a Hohner Jack bass

have you tried googling "dual concentric pot 100k" ?

That's how I'd google it - apologies if you've already tried that

Thanks for the advice putting 'concentric' in the search helps .... this pot also has a longer shaft than usual, but I might be able to get away with a shorter one. 

I haven't been able to source one yet... will keep looking.
