This is a terrific Telecaster.  Sounds and feels very close to Neil’s (of Ivison Guitars) original ‘66 that I played, more so than any of the custom shop Telecasters I’ve owned.  Properly light and sounds as a Tele should with the traditional ‘50’s voiced pickups.  A great guitar for the money.

That looks exceptional. The white pickguard was a good move too IMO. I have a recent 50's modified Vintera and the body is also very lightweight. GLWTS

That is so pretty. Excellent colour. The relicing is spot on, too. To me the Road Worn teles have always been much more believable than the strats!

I used to harbour a fairly strong dislike for Lake Placid Blue but that’s the third LPB guitar in as many months to make me go ‘Oooh!’

What is it with Teles and always fancying another one? I don’t experience that with other guitars.

Haha, cheers dazza, it’s hard to fathom but things are kind of slow.  As you know, it’s honestly a great Tele so someone will be chuffed….eventually!

Jubilee bump.  Comes from the ‘50’s, unflinchingly reliable, classical style, a tone with sparkle and gravitas in equal measure.  Born to reign.  (Will look great on tour…..)
