Seems to be more prevalent on the recordings from their first album which, I think, was only ever available in mono.  Later albums were also released in mono but there are ‘stereo’ versions where the vocals and overdubs are panned hard right with the instruments hard left.

These are guitar hero / rock band stems ... basically for the game to work it needs the songs in separate stems so generally overheads, kick, snare, bass, guitars, keys and vocals. Early Beatles songs were 2 track so less latitude on those. 

If you do a search for mogg files you can download huge packs of them and open them in Audacity. Then you can isolate anything.
