Bought on a whim a few months ago to play Euro Truck Simulator 2, and it's just not getting as much use as I expected it to. Probably had less than 5 hours of use, so condition is pretty much spot on.

With Project Cars just around the corner, you probably won't find a better wheel for the money :)

Collection from Walsall preferred. Here's a generic stock photo of the wheel, so you know what you'd be getting (pedals too, of course).
