I sold it and regretted it ever since.

I'd really appreciate it, it's not a special guitar by any means, in the sense that it's not better or worse then any other CS strat, But I really bonded with it and the only reason why I sold it is because I got a real 1964 pre-cbs at the time and thought that was it (boy was I wrong).

It just proves the saying that just because its vintage it doesn't mean it's going to play/ sound amazing ,Even in the 50's/60's they still had" dogs ", and for those stressing over buying an all original vintage strat and the dilema of originality ,are the pots pickups etc all original , save a few thousand buy a custom shop ,job done ! .

My 64 was definitely not a dog. Just not the guitar for me.
