A1687 iPhone 6 Plus 
having a bit of a clear out of the kids old phones 
screen was replaced just before she got a new phone so mark free 
not sure about the battery but I think it was replaced not long before it went away it was on Id mobile but pretty sure it was unlocked for all networks
