12 fret, spruce top, nut width 1 11/16", bone nut and saddle. 

Fitted with an under saddle pick up. 

Action at the 12th fret measures 2.5mm low E, 2mm high E.

Bargain at £80.
No case so collection/meet up only Doncaster, South Yorkshire.

Appreciate the endorsement @zonilar. I'm selling this on behalf of my mum's neighbour but having some fun with it before it goes.
 Sounds surprisingly good through the pick up too.
