Schertler Guitars

I am looking to sell my Schertler SR, that was a limited run of Indonesian rosewood back and sides not the usual SP, palisander or indian rosewood. Great guitar but I need to recoup some cash. The problem is that although they retail for around £1,500 if you can still get a new one I have no idea what the used value is. Can anybody help me out??

The used market as evidenced in the classifieds section is tough. Used PRS electrics seem to sell at around 50% of their 'street' retail price. Certain Gibsons and Fenders seem to fair slightly better. Someone on here has bought a used Suhr this week from a major dealer at an incredibly low price.

This is probably not what you want to hear but 50% of retail is probably the norm, possibly less with an obscure brand.
