I've got a Wienbrock Gringo head. It's based on a fender Super Reverb (without reverb) circuit.
Takes 6v6, 6l6 and 5881 without the need to re bias. It really sounds amazing.

I have got my mind now set on definitely an old vox - I have sat here and thought I have tried most amps and everytime I go back to vox.

There's a 64 AC30 in Cranes Music Cardiff, however, knowing their pricing, you may need to re-mortgage the house...

I have a 1970s AC30 just professionally serviced including a full set of output valves - all in all costing £180.

Looking for £680 for it. Cheers

Manson's have a lightly modded AC30TB in their shop.

I have a 2004 made in England AC30 TB for sale has the Scumback Scumnico speakers in it sounds really good, I would take £700 on it.
It's on eBay at present if you need to see pics.
