I 'Bonus Balled' my Les Paul Traditional on my Facebook. 100 numbers at £20 each. I made £2000 on it. Lots of friends and family bought a number even though they don't play.

Serious if oddball suggestion  - get in touch with @weratedogs on Instagram. It's mostly a jokey account sharing cute pictures of dogs and rating them anything over and above 10/10, but almost every week they share fundraisers for dogs in similarly expensive medical situations and get thousands of dollars raised within hours, if not minutes of posting. 2.3m followers means if even only a small fraction of a percentage of that following donate, you're sorted.

Way ahead of you. We even put in our sob story (our marriage got cancelled because of covid and didn't see each other in two years and then last year I got cancer etc etc) but we've not heard back. They do an amazing job and I'm guessing they're inundated every week. They also prioritise dogs that are sick and NEED the money for surgery. I was lucky enough that they did the surgery only asking for £3000 deposit up front. Thank you for your suggestion though!

Opinions please… have I overpriced these? Honest opinions please. I need to sell
them all and I’m not looking to make a profit or anything. What does everyone think? 4 got snapped up but I’ve had no bites today at all.

Sometimes it just needs the right person looking for the right thing to see the post. 

If you need really quick sales.. maybe then prices would need to go down a bit… but I think your prices are good already.

I think prices are good.  Maybe 10 quid off would put them in the ballpark of really amazingly good!!  Market seems slow at the moment I think…  Anyway just donated a little as a fellow guitar and dog lover.  Good luck to Ladybird!!

If any admins read this can they message me please. I’ve got an idea to raise funds by raffling my Telecaster on here. 100 numbers at £20 each. Anyone who buys one of my pedals gets a number etc. I know the tele is probably only worth £1300-£1500 so I’d like admins permission and folks opinions?
