Discovered them during lockdown. Their old stuff is a lot heavier, but I love this chilled out instrumental stuff. This is my go-to music when I'm feeling stressed at work and I just need to knuckle down and get stuff done. Some great guitar and keyboard sounds.

Very much so.  Dead Roots Stirring was my introduction to the band, as a random Spotify discovery, and I've been following them ever since.  To be honest I'm not so crazy about the increasingly-progressive musical direction, I have struggled to get into The Gold & Silver Sessions and Omens.  But I'll stick with it!

That album, plus Lore and the Spires Burn/Release EP are peak Elder for me, but probably because that's when I got into them. 
I need to listen more to the recent stuff, let it get into my head!

The last album I found a bit disappointing but most albums before that are a winner. They are one of the few bands I truly enjoy where I find the vocals a bit naff but the music more than makes up for it. A pure joy to watch live.

Only discovered them recently and addicted to Lore. The entire album is fantastic. Haven’t listened to the rest yet

I've been into them for a few years now. I'm sure someone on here recommended them. New LP is coming soon I think.

Saw them at Desertfest (Camden Roundhouse) and another festival the same year which I can’t remember the name of…I’d like to say 2017?

Looks like they played Desertfest again in April just gone. Says they'll be back in England in November, might get myself a ticket.
