animated graphics similar to Keynote for mac?

Looking at this video on music theory (), I wondered if someone could suggest a super easy graphic animation app, similar to the ease of setting up slides in Keynote. I'm looking for an app for my iMac, preferably free, ready to upload to Youtube or other streaming sites.
I already use DaVinci Resolve for video editing (in a very limited way) and such animation could probably be done on there. However, I wondered if there was a dedicated app. The ease of the layout snap guidelines on Keynote would be ideal.

    So far, only After Effects has been suggested to me. Seems a little too much for such simple graphics.
