ft pedal steel project

Had this for years, and every now and again I get it out research how to finish it, get overwhelmed, get scared, get disheartened re package it and stick it back under the bed at my parents house.

It needs the pedals, clips brackets and poles etc, it has a pickup, it has the bridge and nut, it has the tuners. I'd say it's home made or maybe re finished

No idea what it's worth, I know people change the poles pedals etc to taste, and most I've seen sell for over grand so I figure what's there has to have reasonable value. any advice welcome, 

Hope it's ok if I put on a for sale/trade value once I get an idea of what I should be asking
