Wild Wood by Paul Weller

Did Paul Weller record anything other than Wild Wood which crops up on (almost) every Acoustic compilation these days?  Wild Wood is a lovely piece, no disputing that, but did he produce anything else in the same vein?  I could Google the answer myself but I prefer to ask the experts....

    Not really, no.

But the Wild Wood album itself is fantastic.

This is true. Foot of the mountain works well as acoustic and electric - it's just a tune...

    Point of order

Butterfly Collector was the B side of Strange Town, and it was actually a double A Side single, back in the days of vinyl.

  • I'd tend to think of English Rose.

I associate English Rose with the phrase 'Tea and Toast by Calvin Most'
