Tele deluxe pickguard dims or Where can I download PDF a pickguard template?

I am looking for a tele thinline deluxe (the guard with the 2 humbuckers) pickguard template.

I need to know the actual dims of the guard itself and not hole measurements as per all the examples I have found online thus far..

EDIT: OR IF YOU HAVE ONE OF THESE GUARDS CAN YOU MEASURE UP FROM THE TOP OF THE NECK AND BRIDGE PICKUPS TO THE TOP OF THE GUARD AND LET ME KNOW WHAT THESE DIMS ARE?

He'll send a link to download a PDF of the pickguard before you buy, which has a scale on it so you can size it and either print out to scale, or take measurements from the PDF.

Yeah I am planning on ordering from him but unfortunately he's on holiday until next week and I wanted to get ahead of the game and put my custom order in ASAP as there is bound to be a backlog
