How high is the action. How much saddle is left. Might need a reset.

Good point, might need a reset as there is no truss rod...

Well, not an adjustable one. See if you can get a measurement on the action at the 12th fret. Can you post/accept courier? 
I think you'll need better pics for those who can't go and see it in person.
