Watching this documentary in little chunks and the section on the making of My Girl is magical. Recommended.

It'll probably be on Sky Arts again soon enough – they seem to give things a couple of airings. Think you can also watch it on Sky Go if you have it.

That's a brilliant documentary, worth repeated viewings. When  you realise what was achieved, and the timescale in which it was achieved, it's staggering.

Have a wiz.....That's the correct word....I visited Hitsville some time ago and I was staggered by the thought of what was achieved in the space I was standing in. Motown Chartbusters Vol 3 was an amazing album in its own right and such a terrific collection of songs. Take the entire breadth of the catalogue from that time recorded in a tiny studio - it just beggars belief.
