Universal Audio Apollo - Will I notice a difference?

The UAD gear seems to be on sale during October and I’ve got my eye in the Apollo solo Thunderbolt.

Does anybody have any experience with them? I mainly need to use the Hi Z input with Helix Native and NDSP plugins in a Mac. Im assuming Thunderbolt will reduce my latency? I’ll also be using the mic input for vocals and the occasional instrument.

Im currently running an ancient Focusrite 6i6 USB first gen and I’m wondering if it’s worth the upgrade? Honesty the 6i6 has been fine if a little noisy on guitar sometimes.
