Building a single pickup guitar

I am considering building a single pickup guitar with a TV Jones pickup. Would you use a Neck or Bridge pickup for the guitar or would it depend on where on the body you would mount it? Not sure why I want to build one but I just fancy a new toy.

What pickup position do you prefer? Most solid body single pickup guitars tend to have the pickup in the bridge position.

You ccan get a bridge pup to imitate a neck by rolling back the tone, but you can't really get the neck to bite like a bridge pup.
