Are Rothko & Frost still trading ?

Good morning you knowledgeable lot

Are Rothko & Front still trading ?
I having been phoning them over the last three weeks multiple times,maybe eight times left message on the answer phone with my number and email and no one has ever got back to me.
I have used them for maybe ten years and found they products, and service first class.
I want a custom decal made and need to explain it to someone (usually Simon)
But no joy !
Anyone had any dealings with them lately ?

I got some decals earlier in the year. Haven't tried in the last couple of months though

I Ordered some inlays just last week, came the following day.

Emails a little slower to be replied to and I haven’t spoken to Simon in a while but still very much in action AFAIK.

They have just set up a separate company/website for their Dartfords finishing products.

Phoned twice today,and sent them a message through eBay,still nothing.
Perhaps they just run it part time,or something?

Worth noting it’ll be Seja who handles the decals, might be an idea directing an email to her.

Ive never had any trouble ordering from them before, but ive got nowhere in 2/3 weeks

I was just wondering if anyone was having trouble getting hold of them that all.

I got stuff from them this week - I could not get through on the phone either - they did reply to the online contact form same day!

No issues to report tbh, you’ve definitely been calling the right number? What time have you been calling them at?

Been ring the number on their site.
Time wise between 11am and 1pm
Just sent them a question on an order form

Ive dealt with them maybe thirty times over the past ten years and have never come across this.
Phone rings 4/5 times then says

"The person at ext 6119 is unavailable,please leave a message"

I had email back and forths with them this past week about some custom decals I needed, no issue here. Replies were slower than they usually are but I’ve sent them pics of what I need and they’ve replied twice since last Wednesday.
