FS FT 1966 Epiphone Wilshire - SOLD

Very interesting Epiphone Wilshire in cherry. Serial number dates it to 1966. Beautiful checking all over the guitar so it looks incredible and also plays perfectly. Was recently set up by professional luthier who was stunned by the look and feel of it. 
Some interesting history as it was previously owned by both William Ryder Jones from The Coral (his name is scratched into the back) and Morgan Nichols (Muse, The Streets, Gorillaz). I have evidence to prove both of these. 
Bridge pick up has been replaced with a Lundgren but I have the original and can easily get them swapped back if required. 
Comes with hard case which is not original but it fits it perfectly.

I'm pretty sure the first time I ever saw one of these guitars was in the Coral's video for Pass It On - I'm guessing it's the same guitar - https://youtu.be/17HzPpyKjfc. I wish I could afford it and get on with the narrow nut width

No problem! I absolutely love Bill's guitar playing and it started something of a love affair with the Wilshire/Crestwoods, I just wish someone was doing a good modern reissue with the batwing headstock and this control layout. Anyway, good luck with sale!
