Here we have a very tasty 21 year old Tokai, made for the Japanese market and as such has the more desirable open book headstock, no nipples on this baby

If I remember rightly I think it is an LS60, will check the pickup cavity later.

I very nice condition, light worming on the rear and a couple dings, luckily the top has survived without any issues. Speaking of the top, from what I can tell, having examined it thoroughly it looks to be one piece, which I have never seen before and of course I could be wrong, its just that they are usually pretty obvious. The back is a very well disguised 2 piece.

The frets are very excellent, only the very faintest signs of wear, the Rosewood board is dark and has a nice grain to it. No pick guard I'm afraid, easily purchased if you need one.

Set up with 10's with a low action and it plays faultlessly. Comes with a generic hard case. Weighs in at 8lbs and 15 oz.

Thanks, Ive owned an OBG, a Greco and a Burny and they are all pretty much the same, probably all made in the same factory. That said the OBG was the best LP Ive eve owned, stupidly sold it about 5 years ago.

Tokai do the most aesthetically pleasing top carves IMHO, you can really see it in these photos. I’ve got an ‘84 LS60 which looks almost identical. Can’t believe it’s still here at this price.
