User with no Trading Feedback thread

What's the recommended way to provide feedback, if the user has no thread in Trading Feedback? AFAICS I could start a new one - but would that mean I'd then get notified whenever anyone else provided feedback for the same user?

In theory, if you tag the person for whom you are posting feedback, they should return the compliment by leaving feedback for you.

That's the theory.
