On my way home from seeing the band I never thought I'd get to see.

Over 3 hours of music! Quite some effort. What a drummer Gavin Harrison is. Utterly ridiculous!

Suffice to say a thoroughly enjoyable gig.

Seeing them in London on Friday - first time since the RAH in 2010.  Beyond excited!

Haven't seen them since they toured Deadwing (!) but such an incredible live band.

@joneve I think there are 2 personnel changes since then, but still incredible.

It's quite funny watching richard wandering around his synth station with a glass of wine, looking very relaxed whilst Gavin is having a massive cardio workout!

Indeed. John Wesley now plays for one of my other favourite bands, Vertical Horizon. 

I really should try out some of their newer albums properly, but In Absentia and Deadwing are two sonically perfect albums, that I find it so hard for them to be beat. 

(Similarly with Scenes from a Memory by DT as well)
