Much shinier - and quicker - than trying to build up coats of oil.

The cavity covers show the effect of the finish;
Waiting for some neck bolts, and the rear string ferrule block, before I can complete the put-together.
Finally, done, strung-up, plugged-in and all working. Need to finish the intonation, but that aside, it's done
Big thanks to @GSPBASSES who made the stunning neck. I've tru-oiled it, with a little wax over the top, and it's as shiny and smooth as a very - very - shiny and smooth thing.
Got to grips with the CNC, and with the French polish style finishing on this build. The next one might look similar
And no feck-ups on this one either!
