    Thanks Paul - I'm really *very* happy with this finishing product.  It worked well on the blue one, and it's worked well on this one, so it's clearly suitable for both stains and natural finishes.

    Much shinier - and quicker - than trying to build up coats of oil.

    Looking forward to trying it, currently using TruOil to use it up

    Waxed and buffed - even shinier now!

    And now starting work on the back - first coat of the Liberon Easy applied.

  • That looks great, I might well have to try that on my Crimson build. Have you used it with any stains before too? I’m thinking doghair…

    This is ready for assembly now.

    The cavity covers show the effect of the finish;

    Waiting for some neck bolts, and the rear string ferrule block, before I can complete the put-together.

    Are we still in Q4??

    Finally, done, strung-up, plugged-in and all working.  Need to finish the intonation, but that aside, it's done
    :)

    Big thanks to @GSPBASSES who made the stunning neck.  I've tru-oiled it, with a little wax over the top, and it's as shiny and smooth as a very - very - shiny and smooth thing.

    Cheers both @paulnb57 and @eSully ;

    Got to grips with the CNC, and with the French polish style finishing on this build.  The next one might look similar ;)

    And no feck-ups on this one either!

    great work @TTony.   You've done justice to that fantastic neck of Grahams with that CNC'd body. I wouldn't know where to start with all that CNC stuff

    Hows it sound ?
