Truss rod won't budge. Any tips?

That's a pity, but if it's playing OK as it is for now perhaps there won't be much or any need to try and adjust the rod in the future.  I have one guitar (glued-in neck) that is at its limit of adjustment but the relief is fine for now unless something shifts it, in which case there may not be anything more I can do without more radical surgery.
