Lovely guitar but I’m skint and can’t seem to sell anything else to bring my overdraft down from its current 3rd world debt status.

It’s lovely and worn in , plenty of patina but no knocks or breaks . Ebony board , gorgeous woody tone and best of all the original Gibson T Top humbuckers that are worth a fair amount on their own at the moment.

Cones with a non original hard case and should be able to ship as I’ve ordered a cardboard box from a chap on here 

Looking for a nice round £1000 plus shipping which I reckon is pretty good !

    Some of them have really mismatched bits of body wood that's not so bad. Less noticeable. 

    I love the t-tops in mine.

    I actually bought it with it on there then Jerk Moans bring the philistine that he is took it off and when I bought it back the first thing I did was get it back on there.  I think it looks way better with it but appreciate that divides opinion somewhat …..

    An SG version of this sold on eBay recently (ex Richard Holgarth of Eddie & The Hot Rods/John Otway fame) for just under £800...!

    I saw that and if I wasn’t so skint I think I would have grabbed it myself .  It had previously had a trem and a locking nut fitted but IIRC has been brought back to stock and still had the T Tops too

    Yeah - RH said that it's a beast of a guitar, and grossly underrated.

    If  the SG is the one I think it is, I believe it’s now on gumtree for plus £1600.

    Never seen a pup selector switch there before. Does that make it a bit difficult for quick changes?

    More difficult than where most Les Pauls have it?
