Offcut of spruce for acoustic guitar scratch pad?

I have a customer who wants me to add a "scratch pad" to his guitar.

Does anyone have a suitable off-cut of spruce soundboard they'd sell me? 15cm square x 3mm should do it I think.

I think I have a whole top's worth of spruce somewhere that you can have for free if I can find it.

I'll have a look tomorrow.

If not I've got a Faith with a caved-in soundboard which I can scavenge something off.

I couldn't find the big pieces so it's possible I sold them years ago.

I've removed the biggest bit of the top I could get and I'll post it on Monday - you might want to keep looking though as it might not be quite big enough.
