*SOLD* Fender Stratocaster Ultra 1990 First year production RARE

A seemingly rare guitar . Or at least rare to come up for sale. I can find one on Reverb and that’s it. Well, actually there are two now with this being on. Looking at the other one and other prices, this seems to be a bargain and should be over 2k !!
Comes with original case but no candy sadly.

It is very clean, just very light surface scratching and a little fret wear but no buzzing. It has a very light tremolo. The finish is Crimson Burst. It’s a nice flame but I’m struggling get take a photo which shows it at its best. 

Collection is preferred for West or South Yorkshire or surrounding areas on arrangement.

Hi @Rocky1991, It’s just over 8lbs , actually reasonably heavy for a Strat. It’s a solid lump of maple.

I’m happy to talk about a lower value trade now if that helps anyone. A JV Strat would be good,  but long shot.

That's a strat plus ultra, lovely. I think the ultra came later without the lace sensors.

Nope, it was marketed as the Strat Ultra. Strat Plus is SSS (Golds). Plus Deluxe has the mix of lace sensors.

The colour is Crimson Frost, Crimson Burst didn't appear until 91 or 92.

I had a late strat plus, regret selling that one, it was a great player.
