owned by my late brother from new in 2005 and is in very good  ungigged condition with just a few marks and dings here and there and minimal fret wear around the usual spots .

It is an LS75, Made in Japan in 2005. It has a really lovely Maple top, not a flash top but I believe it to be a solid top having looked closely in the pickup cavities 

both me and my brother have played and owned a fair few MIJ Tokais and this is one of the best we have had, the reason it had been with him for 18 years.

Been playing it quite a bit the last few weeks and it is a very nice LP. The pickups are not original and they came from a Burny LP

Based on the photos and age, I'd say that's an LS75 VF (violin finish) - a slightly later version of my own LS65 VF. A quick look at the edge of the pickup cavity should indeed confirm that it is indeed a solid maple cap, and not a veneer.

If it's anything like the one I have - it will be a really good LP.

Yes it is indeed an LS75 VF, will have to have a peek under the pickups again to determine what the top is.

Would be happy to drop the price to £760 and replace the WCR Crossroads with a set of decent generic MIJ/korean ones if that helps anyone.

Would be such a shame for a guitar like this to have lower quality pups. 

The Tokai ones are good though from my small amount of experience. The old Reborn I had sounded amazing. I once had a springy sound spaghetti logo that came with Bare Knuckles pick ups and in the bag there was the original ones. I changed them out of interest and they sounded just as good.

This looks lovely. I have some WCR pickups and Jim certainly does the low wind thing really well. If I had the money this would be mine. GLWTS.

Please note that the WCR's are no longer in the guitar and have been replaced with a generic set taken from a Burny LP.

Just put it on the kitchen scales, surprised to find that it is actually 9 lbs 11 oz

So not good if your doing 2 hour sets and have back problems!
