Yea I saw that. I bought one of them new for not much more than that a few years ago. Someone I know bought a used BFR one for less than that recently so that is overpriced if you ask me.

They're taking the piss.  This exact model is £1999 new at Peach (unsurprisingly out of stock!)

I can't remember how much I paid for my charcoal sparkle but £2.5k used is mad. There's one on ebay, a BFR for the same price with best offer. But tbh, I don't want to spend that much.

You're both right, that's a silly price. Although it's worth saying they did up all their prices. I had a Musicman Sabre that cost £3300 and now they're like £4k. But the model that was at the lower price shouldn't get a used up charge in my opinion. That's just taking the mickey.

Thanks mate. Would prefer a BFR one. There's a couple of dealer listed BFR's for a similar price to that, I just don't like the colour. (Picky I know.)

Yeah now that I saw the range on used prices, its a no go, sorry!

Sold my Pete Thorn. My Classic Antique is a better Strat, R8 (with Whiskerbuckers) is a better Les Paul, and my DGT is a better hybrid. Just my two cents.

I'm glad all of those guitars are better than your other guitar  

I'd say that they're not all able to do with the PT is able to, I had one, and in regards to the LP, it probably stayed in tune better because, well LP's, right

Anyway, no worries now guys I've decided to abandon my search for now.

It was a fine guitar, but it didn’t inspire me.
