Oh bloody hell that's sad, although he had a bloody good innings.
A Taste of Honey was ground breaking, as was his part. Amazing emotional acting,
RIP.

He was also in a spooky little British film which I've always been fond of, Ghost Story.

And he appeared in Kubrick's Barry Lyndon and several of Ken Russell's films.  A pretty interesting career.

He had a really remarkable face and screen presence.  RIP.
