FS: MIJ Fender Mustang Bass Red - now with finger rest

This is a 2005 Mustang Bass, made in Japan.  The previous owner changed the pickup for a Nordstrand.  The strap buttons have also been changed for Schaller strap lock types and the thumb/finger rest has been removed.  UPDATE for all those put off by the lack of a finger rest I have found it and it will be included in the sale!  The pickguard is pearloid if you can’t tell from the photos.
It’s in pretty good condition- there’s a paint chip on the bottom side of the neck pocket and very faint buckle rash on the back.

Doesn’t have a case of its own, but I can throw in a Fender gig bag for £30.
