Things to do in Naples Florida

Off to Florida with work for two weeks from the 20th October.

Anybody been to Naples? Looking for things to do in the evening and weekend.

I'm hoping the weather will still be good enough for the beach over the weekend

but also want to check out a few guitar shops, cheap outlet stores and take in some
good music and food.

Might even see if I can get a trip to the everglades for a bit of photography

Any recommendations

A good friend of mine lives about ten miles north of there and informed me this morning that winter has truly arrived in Florida, so you may want to wear a slightly thicker T-shirt.  )

Went there a while back on hols.

On the main highway thru town,next to a Jag dealer, there's a bar called Tomfoolerys.

Did brilliant steak, but watch out for the hot sauce. Killer

In town theres an ice cream palour called Reggies. Great choice.

Each evening seems like to whole town goes onto the pier to watch the sunset.

Nice place. We liked it.

No, but Naples sounds like nipples and I have two of those.

I've just come back from Cape Coral, about 30 miles north of Naples.

Everglades air boat trip is the obvious one, see the Ali G's. There's bound to be some sunset booze-cruises, or dolphin cruises too.

I'd highly recommend Roy's Restaurant, a Hawaiian fusion type cooking. Search around for special offers on their site, or sign up.

Waterside Mall is somewhere you don't want to let the wife near, unless you've got deep pockets. Tiffany's, Rolex, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, you know the drill. But it's worth a visit to press your nose again the windows.

There will probably be Jetski hire, and as you don't need a dry suit because you're not likely to freeze your balls off, then that's a hoot for a while.

Go to south Beach in Miami and look at Latina girls in bikinis. By far the best thing about Florida.

Was hoping for babes on the beach. But last time I was is Florida (Orlando) all I could see was beached Whales.

It's only about 100 miles to Miami, worlds your oyster there but be careful
