Many moons ago my dad made me a unit for my TV out of reclaimed pine. I have since disassembled it and for a while now I have been thinking about making a cab out of it... Nothing fancy, just an old pine cab. Probably glued and dowelled. Don't have the fancy tools and jigs for finger joints etc..
I am going to need some parts... the jack thingymajig and some of those funky fixings for the speaker. Oh, and some feet. Other than that I think I have the rest.
Couple of questions if I may...
Does the baffle need to be ply or could I use some 3/4 pine?
Sizewise I am thinking 1x10 as I have a space 10" speaker. I know this is a piece of string question but what outer dims would you recommend? I was thinking 15" × 15" x 10".

Started with the baffle and just about got away with it I think..
Didn't even ask the wife for help with the fabrics
Just need to get the top cut next
